    • Exchange Process: Customers can request an exchange by contacting our customer support team. We facilitate exchanges for a different size, color, or product of similar value, subject to availability.
    • Non-Exchangeable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain products like opened cosmetics, teas, and skincare items may not be eligible for exchange unless damaged or defective.
    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to product defects or errors on our part.
    • Refunds: If an exchange is not possible due to unavailability, a refund or store credit will be issued, following the terms outlined in our Returns & Refunds policy.
